Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC, on behalf of its client, a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury law firm, seeks an experienced contract attorney to support its team remotely in the United States.

This 3-month assignment with potential extension offers 8-hour days (Pacific Time) Monday–Friday and compensation of $60/hour. Start ASAP; prior Filevine experience is a plus, as is strong evidence-review and pre-litigation support.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon or Washington state bar admission is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
