Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced contract attorney to support a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury firm. The assignment is remote (US-based) for 3 months with potential extension or conversion based on needs.

Hours align with Pacific Time business hours and pay is $60/hour; starts ASAP with 8-hour days, Monday–Friday. Requirements include an active bar license, 5+ years in personal injury law, and experience evaluating evidence.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Oregon or Washington bar admission is a plus, but not required
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided

Responsabilités

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
