Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced contract attorney to support its team at a boutique plaintiff-side personal injury firm. The role is remote (U.S.-based) with an ASAP start for a 3-month term, and potential extension or conversion.

Typical Pacific Time hours run 8-hour days, Monday to Friday, at $60/hour. Ideal candidate holds an active bar license, has 5+ years in personal injury practice, and can evaluate images/evidence.

Qualifications

• Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of experience as an attorney with a personal injury law firm; insurance defense experience will also be considered
• Experience evaluating images and other evidence in personal injury matters
• Prior experience with Filevine is a plus, but not required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Support pre-lawsuit/pre-litigation matters
• Assist with pre-litigation claims and claim resolution
• Review and evaluate personal injury images and other evidence
