Qualifications

• Native or near-native reading of Persian (Farsi), including older or handwritten forms.
• Fast, accurate typing in Persian (Farsi) script on a computer.
• Patience with dense, faded or unusual layouts.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe Persian pages exactly as printed, preserving Nastaliq and Naskh scripts and all diacritics.
• Type blind from the image, with no OCR or AI tools.
• Flag unreadable words or illegible sections using the marking system.
• Meet a consistent weekly page quota at a defined quality level.
