Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a Lead quality specialist for Persian (Farsi) AI training data. You will review reviewer output for grammar, tone, meaning, and cultural fit, and help keep the team aligned with style guides and calibration sets.

You will also track recurring issues, run onboarding/calibration calls for trainers, and ensure clear, actionable feedback. This remote, hourly contract offers part-time hours (10–40 hrs/week) and weekly USD payments.

Qualifications

• Native-level Persian (Farsi) with strong written English.
• Prior QA, editing, localization or team-lead experience.
• Clear, specific written feedback.
• Most projects require living in a country where the language is spoken.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check Persian (Farsi) AI outputs and reviewer work for grammar, tone, meaning and cultural fit.
• Track recurring issues and elevate critical ones.
• Maintain style guides, FAQs, examples and calibration sets.
• Run onboarding and calibration calls for trainers and reviewers.
