You will oversee quality, trainer performance, and project rubrics across Arabic AI training projects, reviewing content and providing precise feedback.

The role requires native or near-native Arabic, strong English, a relevant degree, and 3+ years in Arabic QA or language-review workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arabic, linguistics, translation, or related field.
• Native or near-native Arabic with strong reading and writing skills.
• 3+ years in Arabic writing, editing, translation, localization, content QA, or AI training QA.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring and feedback to trainers and QAs.
• Update guidelines and project changes via Discord.
• Respond to questions on Arabic wording, dialect, and RTL formatting.
• Activate inactive contributors and track availability.
• Create and maintain Arabic project documentation and style guides.
• Support onboarding and training calls explaining expectations and rubrics.
• Ensure consistency with Arabic language guidelines as projects evolve.
• Identify quality gaps and propose scalable QA processes.
