North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking an experienced RN to oversee quality operations and PSO reporting across clinical sites. This remote role involves data-driven improvement work, supported by Power BI and other analytics tools, with 40–60% travel to regional sites.

You will lead audits, educate staff on quality processes, and coordinate improvements with site and regional leadership, while supporting the NAPA Service Experience program and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN licensed with at least 2 years in hospital perioperative services.
• Experience in quality improvement or process improvement preferred.
• Proficient in Windows tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to facilitate meetings.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% regionally.
• Remote work from home with travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Assist with quality operations, goals, and initiatives, including collection of established quality measures for internal and external reporting (PSO data or MIPS measures) and other patient safety activities.
• Oversee quality reporting to clinical sites and maintain knowledge of PSO activities; educate staff on PSO processes.
• Monitor clinical quality data; identify improvement opportunities and work with site leaders to develop action plans.
• Coordinate clinical quality audits, inspections, and follow-up activities (including site visits).
• Review case entries in adverse event reporting system and monitor follow-up activities; educate staff.
• Provide Regulatory compliance education and participate in related anesthesia department activities to ensure compliance (Joint Commission/CMS/AAAHC).
• Assist with implementation of new sites, including oversight and coordination of education for reporting; facilitate monthly Quality Improvement Committee meetings and provide orientation to the QI program; on-site staff education as needed.
• Support the NAPA Service Experience Program through data monitoring and clinician education.
