Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is recruiting a Quality Improvement Specialist for a fully remote role with a global organization. The candidate will analyze program data from participants to help attain or maintain accreditation, applying healthcare operations knowledge to surgical services.

A nursing background and healthcare analytics experience are preferred. Responsibilities include compiling data, creating presentations for inspectors, and communicating insights to stakeholders to support hospitals

Qualifications

2+ years’ experience in a healthcare-related analytic role.
Hospital management experience.
Knowledge of surgical services operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

Compiling and organizing healthcare data, assisting in analyzing data to support representatives who provide feedback and recommendations to hospitals and surgeons.
Scrutinizing participant-provided data to identify patterns and trends.
Verifying accuracy of data submitted, converting data into practical, easy to understand PowerPoint presentations and reports customized for individual participant needs.
Communicating analytic insights to inspectors and team members.
Applying knowledge of health care business operations to surgical services and providing database support for designees.
