Job summary

JustWatch is seeking a performance media buyer to join our remote-first team in the Los Angeles area. You will own campaign execution across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and DV360, from setup to optimization, while collaborating with sales, BI, and creative teams.

You will manage both upper- and lower-funnel campaigns, test creatives and audiences, and drive data-driven improvements. A strong background in analytics and budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on media buying.
• Platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and ideally DV360.
• Familiarity with Reddit and Snapchat is a strong plus.
• Reports to the Director of Media Campaigns and US Accounts.
• Strong auction mechanics, CPV targets, pacing, bidding, and platform optimisation.
• Excel, Google Sheets, and performance data tools proficiency.
• Experience managing budgets across paid social and YouTube, incl. proposals, activation, maintenance, and post-buy recaps.
• Remote, fast-paced, cross-functional team with travel to client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and DV360.
• Manage both upper-funnel and lower-funnel structures and test creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor pacing, troubleshoot delivery, and hit KPIs like CPV, VTR, Completion Rates and CPM.
• Use internal and external tools to ensure setup, tracking, QA, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with sales, BI, and creative teams, and top-tier entertainment clients.
• Analyze results and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and reach.
