Job summary

We Clone You is seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant with performance marketing expertise to join our client’s team. You will manage and optimize ad campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, Reddit, Instacart and more to drive growth and profitability.

The role requires 3+ years in ecommerce marketing, strong analytics, and budget management. You will collaborate with leadership to launch products, improve listings, and expand marketplaces, while working remotely for a flexible

Qualifications

3+ years managing performance marketing for ecommerce or CPG brands.
Deep experience with Amazon PPC.
Experience with Walmart Connect, Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
Experience scaling TikTok Shop or TikTok Ads.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect, Meta, TikTok Shop, Google Ads, Reddit Ads, Instacart Ads and other retail media channels.
Help drive growth and visibility across Faire and other marketplace platforms.
Improve TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin, and profitability through keyword research, bidding, targeting, testing of creatives and landing pages.
Identify scaling opportunities while maintaining efficiency targets and adjusting ad spend.
Analyze CAC, LTV, competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards and report on channel performance with actionable insights.
Collaborate with leadership, operations, and creative teams to coordinate launches and optimize product listings and conversions.
