Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Search to lead paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, owning strategy, investment and commercial results. You will use data to identify growth opportunities and decisions on spend, while expanding into additional paid channels.

• Set the paid search strategy across the US, UK, Germany and further growth markets.
• Lead campaign strategy and execution across Search, Shopping and Performance Max, working closely with internal teams and external partners and include Google Demand Gen where it support our goals.
• Manage budgets, pacing, bidding and investment across platforms and markets.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, conversion, revenue, and ROI, using business data alongside platform reporting.
• Build a testing roadmap across keywords, audiences, creative, product feeds and landing pages and use the results to improve conversion and guide investment.
• Partner with marketing, product, creative and analytics colleagues to strengthen tracking and improve the customer journey.
• Use AI tools and platform automation to accelerate research, analysis and execution, while checking outputs and keeping health claims accurate.
