Job summary

Hilo by Aktiia is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager – Paid Social to own our paid social strategy across global markets and drive growth. This role focuses on turning customer insight and campaign data into compelling concepts, with rigorous testing and close collaboration with creative teams.

You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing, manage budgets and agencies, ensure health claims are accurate, and help optimize the customer journey from ad click to purchase.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on paid social experience in an international setting.
• Fluent English and German required.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy, planning and execution across multiple markets.
• Develop creative hypotheses based on research, market differences and performance data.
• Brief, test and refine ad concepts, messages, formats and landing pages with creative/product teams.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences and optimisation across Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate from ad click to purchase.
• Measure performance against acquisition cost, revenue and ROI and turn findings into decisions.
• Work with clinical, regulatory and legal colleagues to ensure advertising claims are accurate.
