Job summary

Rescale is seeking a Performance Marketer who owns creative, media buying, and CRO, connecting them into one profit machine. You will lead creative strategists, work with media buyers, and own CRO performance, building feedback loops to align all functions.

This remote-first role offers partnership with founders, a lean team, and responsibility to scale brands through data-driven decisions across Meta, Google, and other channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive media buying experience (≥$500K+/month).
• Extensive CRO experience across funnels and optimization.
• Ability to connect data across channels and lead marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Own creative strategy, media buying, and CRO as a single system.
• Lead creative strategists and collaborate with media buyers.
• Build dashboards and connect data across channels to inform decisions.
• Develop feedback loops to optimize the end-to-end funnel.
