Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer for Performance, a remote US role focused on paid acquisition and retention creative for Fanatics Casino. You will design at scale, build modular templates, and ensure compliant, on‑brand assets across states and markets.

You will work with Paid Media, Analytics, and motion designers, pushing velocity and quality, exploring dynamic creative, automation and AI‑assisted versioning, and delivering hand‑off‑ready files.

Competenze

• 5+ years in graphic or digital design, with significant performance or direct‑response work.
• Portfolio showing high‑volume performance creative and strong craft.
• Deep experience with design systems and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design programmes.
• Working understanding of performance metrics, and examples of design decisions you made because of data.
• Experience producing design output across multiple markets and regulatory requirements.
• Strong typography, hierarchy and layout skills at small sizes on busy feeds.
• Speed and accuracy together: you can move fast and get it right.
• Ability to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving.
• iGaming, sportsbook, fintech or app‑based subscription experience.
• Experience with DCO platforms or creative automation tools.

Mansioni

• Design across performance media: paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate and CRM.
• Build and improve modular, test‑ready templates and component libraries for rapid versioning.
• Design state‑by‑state and market‑by‑market compliance lockups (gaming messaging, age requirements, terms).
• Partner with Paid Media and Analytics on structured tests and convert results into better design decisions.
• Work alongside designers, motion designers and creative ops on shared projects.
• Keep static and animated assets forming a single system with Motion.
• Explore dynamic creative, automation and AI‑assisted versioning workflows.
• Hand off clean files with proper naming and versioning.
