Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a senior performance design lead to craft paid acquisition and retention creative for Fanatics Casino, building a scalable visual system that enables rapid testing and high-volume production.

You will bring hands-on design, work with current trends, and push craft at scale while navigating compliance across states. A strong portfolio and experience with design systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of graphic or digital design with high-volume performance work.
• A portfolio showing performance creative and craft.
• Deep experience with design systems and templates in Figma and Adobe CS.
• Understanding of performance metrics and data-driven design decisions.
• Experience producing design across multiple markets and regulatory requirements.
• Strong typography, hierarchy and layout skills for busy feeds.
• Ability to move fast while keeping quality.
• Able to take direction, sharpen work and continue delivering.

Responsibilities

• Design across paid media: social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate and CRM.
• Build modular, test-ready templates and component libraries for rapid versioning.
• Design state-by-state market lockups with compliant messaging.
• Collaborate with Paid Media and Analytics on tests and translate results into design decisions.
• Work with designers, motion designers and creative ops on shared projects.
• Maintain a unified system for static and animated assets with Motion.
• Explore dynamic creative, automation and AI-assisted versioning workflows.
• Deliver clean hand-off files with proper naming and versioning.
