Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or related field.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and creative best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid social creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Create and adapt advertising copy, messaging variations, hooks, headlines, and concepts.
• Maintain a creative testing roadmap for new concepts and content variations.
• Draft clear briefs communicating objectives, insights, messages, and testing priorities.
• Collaborate with Growth to optimize assets and plan future tests.
• Evaluate performance to identify trends and opportunities for new concepts.
• Organize and manage creative assets and documentation for campaigns.
• Bridge Creative and Growth teams with actionable feedback and testing opportunities.
• Support creator-generated content for paid and organic campaigns.
• Plan and publish organic content across Thorne's social channels.
