Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Lead & AI Modernization Architect in a remote-capable role. You will lead the design, customization, and integration of PeopleSoft FSCM across GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, and Project Costing, while guiding teams and modernizing processes with AI.

You will oversee upgrades, develop APIs and integrations, and ensure production stability. A driven leader with strong communication will enable strategic improvements and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years delivering PeopleSoft FSCM solutions.
• Expertise across GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Costing.
• Hands-on with PeopleCode, Application Engine, Web Services, SQR, BI Publisher, nVision, and Oracle SQL.
• Experience leading PeopleTools/PUM upgrades and enterprise integrations.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM applications and integrations.
• Direct enterprise initiatives, upgrades, and modernization projects.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead production support, incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor onshore and offshore teams and drive knowledge transfer.
