Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a hands-on PeopleSoft FSCM Technical Lead & AI Modernization Architect to guide development, modernization, and support of the FSCM platform in a remote-friendly role based in Plano, TX. You will lead cross-functional teams, design scalable solutions, and drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and reliability.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of PeopleSoft FSCM experience, strong technical leadership, and a proven track record delivering large-scale

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
10+ years implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft FSCM.
Strong functional expertise across GL, AP, AR, Purchasing, Asset Management, Project Costing.
Hands-on experience with PeopleCode, Application Engine, integration technologies, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, implementation, and support of PeopleSoft FSCM apps and related tech.
Act as technical lead for enterprise PeopleSoft initiatives, upgrades, and modernization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analyses, and deliver scalable solutions.
Lead production support, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements.
Design and implement integrations between PeopleSoft and enterprise apps using web services and APIs.
Architect AI-driven automation and intelligent reporting within the PeopleSoft platform.
