Job summary

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead to drive end-to-end leadership across PeopleSoft implementation, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and AMS/support. The role requires strong functional knowledge, technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and experience leading onsite/offshore teams.

You will partner with business stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver continuous improvement while working in a remote capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft techno-functional experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership / team management role.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools 8.5x/8.6x.
• Expertise in PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Integration Broker.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL, data migration, and performance tuning.
• ITIL/AMS knowledge including incidents and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
• Provide cross-functional expertise across PeopleSoft modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
• Review technical designs, customizations, and development approaches.
• Oversee PeopleCode, Application Engine, and Fluid UI development efforts.
• Lead integrations with third-party apps, payroll providers, IAM/AD, and ERP systems.
• Manage PeopleTools upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Oversee AMS governance, incidents, RCA, and SLA/KPI reporting.
• Lead SIT/UAT, deployment planning, and post-production stabilization.
• Coordinate onsite/offshore teams, mentoring, and quality reviews.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
