Qualifications

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning applications, especially Oracle PeopleSoft (5 years preferred).
• Experience configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft ERP enterprise software.
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems with application and database infrastructure.
• Experience producing clear technical documentation and communicating with non-technical customers.
• Ability translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design, development, and implementation of test and production objects; defines requirements and performs configuration, change management, and testing.
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, and system problems affecting ERP functionality.
• Creates and updates access permissions; maintains ERP security through user profile management.
• Recommends ERP enhancements or changes involving custom, optional, or third‑party products.
• Plans, coordinates, and implements system‑wide updates, upgrades, and patches for ERP systems.
• Designs, configures, monitors, and maintains performance metrics for system features; takes corrective actions.
