Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer for a fully remote role in the U.S. You will design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

You will own the technical implementation, partner with functional consultants, and ensure standards for quality, security, and maintainability are met. Strong hands‑on PeopleTools, App Designer, and AWE experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and partner with functional consultants.
• Ensure all custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
