Job summary

Kestra Technologies is hiring its first dedicated People leader to build recruitment and People operations across multiple regions. You will partner with the founders and managers to design, implement and scale processes for hiring, contracts, payroll, benefits and performance management.

You will enable a smooth onboarding experience, establish clear expectations, and ensure compliant international employment through EOR partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading People and Talent during scaling phases.
• Ability to recruit across functions including technical and business roles.
• Experience with international employment and EOR/payroll providers.
• Strong operational judgment and detail orientation.
• Fluent professional English; foreign language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment from sourcing to signed offer with founders and leaders.
• Coordinate cross-country people operations, payroll, benefits and records.
• Oversee onboarding to set clear expectations and connections.
• Develop compensation, performance, and equity processes with founders.
• Shape distributed-work practices, internal comms and team routines.
• Provide reporting on hiring, headcount and employment costs.
