Rula is a remote-first company hiring in most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii). We seek a People Operations Associate to support onboarding, HRIS data management, and frontline employee support in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You will handle sensitive information with discretion, collaborate across teams, and help ensure compliant, scalable processes while benefiting from generous time-off, health coverage, a home office stipend, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, people operations, or operations.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft tools.
• Hands-on HRIS data management experience.
• Able to handle sensitive information with high discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Enable the People team by delivering onboarding, HRIS data management, and frontline employee support.
• Execute essential workflows and keep processes compliant and efficient.
