Rula is a remote-first employer benefits platform hiring a Sr. Account Management Associate to own onboarding and ongoing success for employers with under 3,000 employees. You will be the primary contact, guiding onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement across Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations.

The role emphasizes building relationships, solving problems at scale, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, onboarding or related role.
• Experience in B2B, employee benefits, healthcare, HR tech, or SaaS is preferred.
• Experience partnering with brokers/partners to support employer clients.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and ongoing success of employer accounts with <3,000 employees.
• Coordinate with Broker Partnerships, Marketing, Product, and Operations for communications and campaigns.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding and long-term engagement experience for employers.
