Job summary

WhiteTech, a remote-first fintech company, is looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the operational side of our People function across our international team of about 140 employees.

You will manage documentation, data, benefits, and reporting, collaborating with two People Partners, while helping to automate processes using AI. This is ideal for a junior HR professional seeking broad experience across People Operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR Operations or similar role.
• Experience with HRIS and maintaining employee data.
• Strong data and reporting skills, including Excel/Sheets.
• Attention to detail and ownership, with proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international environment and with AI/automation.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day employee documentation processes, including services agreements, amendments, terminations, and other employee-related documents.
• Maintain consistent, organized people documentation across systems and repositories.
• Support onboarding through offboarding processes.
• Keep employee data accurate across HRIS and related systems.
• Review data quality, coordinate corrections, and support lifecycle events.
• Assist benefits administration and related reporting.
• Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for stakeholders.
• Publish People updates in company-wide channels.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve processes, including AI use cases.
• Take on cross-functional People projects as needed.
