Qualifications

• Solid foundation in statistics including regression and significance testing.
• Experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics or related data analysis role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel and data visualization tools (Looker).

Responsibilities

• Define, track and analyze KPIs to measure performance.
• Dive into structured and unstructured data to identify trends.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards for leaders and managers.
• Turn data into clear, actionable recommendations for strategy.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to processes and tools.
• Collaborate with People teams to promote data-driven culture.
