Dane Street is seeking a Peer Coordinator to facilitate peer-to-peer discussions between Treating Providers, Independent Physician Advisors, and referral clients. You will coordinate schedules, manage communications, and ensure accurate note-taking across platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; healthcare exposure helpful.
• Experience in healthcare or insurance setting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer calls with Treating Provider and Independent Physician Advisor.
• Obtain availability, schedule calls, and manage time zones.
• Input and track notes for referrals across platforms.
• Update clients on call status and outcomes.
• Handle intakes and upload fax availability into tracking sheet.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
