Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer calls between Treating Providers and Independent Physician Advisors.
• Obtain availability and schedule calls, respecting different time zones and communication platforms.
• Input and track notes for referrals across staff, providers, and IPA reviewers.
• Update clients on calls scheduled, pending, or missed; maintain timely communication.
• Process intakes from physician offices within two hours and upload related fax and availability details.
• Support other duties and special projects as needed by the business.
