Dane Street is seeking a Peer Coordinator to manage peer-to-peer discussions between Treating Providers and Independent Physician Advisors. You will coordinate calls, track communications, and ensure timely intake processing to support referrals from clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to work across time zones. A background in healthcare or insurance is preferred, with remote work options and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; healthcare or insurance exposure valued.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple parties across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate peer-to-peer calls between Treating Provider and Independent Physician Advisor.
• Log and track all referrals and communications in the referral system.
• Keep clients updated on scheduled, pending, and missed calls.
• Process intakes quickly (within 2 hours of fax receipt) and upload documents.
• Handle various duties and special projects as needed.
