Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Two+ years of administrative or program-support experience.
• Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, SharePoint, and web-based systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and respond during time-sensitive peer review periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for peer review panels throughout the review lifecycle.
• Coordinate panel calendars, meetings, reviewer communications, and materials.
• Track reviewer readiness and required documentation; follow up on items.
• Support reviewer access to the COCO peer review system with system-support.
• Assist with panel setup in the peer review system per requirements.
• Provide real-time operational and technical support during meetings.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, attendance, schedules, and documentation.
• Monitor panel readiness and escalate issues to SRO or system-support as needed.
• Support quality checks of panel records and documentation.
• Assist with preparation and dissemination of materials before/after meetings.
• Support scalable, repeatable peer review processes across panels.
