Clarity Pediatrics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a board-certified pediatrician to deliver comprehensive ADHD care via telemedicine, collaborating with MDs, NPs, psychologists and other clinicians.

This clinical role may expand into program development depending on interest and company needs. The compensation ranges from $220,000 to $245,000 per year for full-time work with a 5% increase after Spanish fluency verification, remote-friendly culture, medical benefits, and 401(k).

Formación

• Licensed to practice medicine in California.
• Board certified in Pediatrics.
• At least 5 years of patient care experience.
• Spanish-speaking.
• Experience working with families from diverse backgrounds and willingness to ongoing training in culturally responsive treatment.
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine.
• Confidence using an EMR and telemedicine tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
• Collaborate with MDs, NPs, psychologists and other clinicians to deliver excellent care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development to improve care delivery.
• Opportunity to expand into program development and leadership roles depending on interest and company needs.
