Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine (TX)
• Prescribing treatment plans including ADHD stimulant meds
• Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience
• Spanish-speaking
• Experience with diverse families and culturally responsive care
• Interest or experience in Lifestyle Medicine
• Proficient with EMR and telemedicine tools
• Excited to join a startup and learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (MDs, NPs, psychologists, other clinicians) to provide excellent care
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely, accurate manner
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development to improve care delivery
• Potential to expand into program development and leadership roles based on interest and company needs
