Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is building a remote pediatric ADHD clinic delivering high‑quality, tech‑enabled care to families across the US. You’ll diagnose and manage ADHD, collaborate with MDs, NPs, psychologists, and other clinicians, and document care using our EMR/telemedicine tools.

This role offers flexible hours and potential for leadership involvement as the program evolves. We seek a California‑licensed physician with ADHD medication experience, fluency in Spanish, and a passion for culturally

Qualifications

• California medical license required.
• Prescribe ADHD stimulant medications.
• ABP board-certified (Pediatrics).
• ABIM board-certified (Internal Medicine).
• 5+ years of patient care experience.
• Spanish-speaking with culturally responsive care experience.
• Experience with EMR and telemedicine tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families.
• Collaborate with MDs, NPs, psychologists and other clinicians to deliver care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation timely.
• Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development iterations.
• Role may expand into program development and leadership activities.
