Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is building a remote pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers trusted care to children and families. The clinical model is tech-enabled and aims to improve health outcomes while expanding to other chronic conditions in the future.

We seek clinicians licensed in California with ABP or ABIM board certification, at least 5 years of patient care, and fluency in Spanish. The role offers flexible hours, remote work, and opportunities to contribute to care model improvements and

Qualifications

Licensed to practice medicine in California.
Prescribing treatment plans including ADHD stimulant medication.
Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
Board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
At least 5 years of patient care experience.
Spanish-speaking.
Experience delivering culturally responsive treatment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic and medication management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care.
Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Contribute to implementation, evaluation and program development iterations for optimal care delivery.
Opportunities to expand into program development or leadership roles.
