Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics is building a remote pediatric ADHD clinic that delivers integrated care to families. This clinical role focuses on diagnostic assessment, medication management, and collaboration with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other clinicians to ensure excellent care.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time hours with a remote schedule, competitive hourly compensation between $136 and $178, plus a 5% fluency bonus upon Spanish verification, and a $25/hour admin time rate.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice medicine in Texas
• Board-certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics
• Minimum 5 years of patient care experience
• Fluent in Spanish or able to obtain fluency
• Experience delivering culturally responsive care to diverse families

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services for children and teens with ADHD and their families, focusing on diagnostic assessment and medication management.
• Collaborate with MDs, nurse practitioners, psychologists and other clinicians to deliver high-quality, coordinated care.
• Complete administrative work and clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to program development and care-model improvements to enhance delivery of care.
