Job summary

MindCare Solutions provides telehealth behavioral health services for youth. We seek a compassionate LCSW or LCMHC to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver trauma-informed therapy for children and adolescents via remote care. The role is part-time (up to 20 hours/week) with weekday scheduling, offering up to $50/hour and requires NC licensure and a master’s degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active LCSW or LCMHC license in North Carolina.
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy for youth.
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate with treatment teams.
• Communicate treatment goals and progress with youth and families.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with community resources.
