Qualifications

• Active LCSW or LCMHC license in North Carolina.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience with assessment, treatment planning, individual/family therapy, and crisis intervention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with youth, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on youth’s needs.
• Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based interventions.
• Monitor and document youth progress and changes in clinical presentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and support youth in acute distress.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, educators, and caregivers.
• Communicate treatment goals and progress with youth and families.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care with community providers.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Advocate for behavioral health needs and youth well-being.
• Maintain compliance with regulations and professional standards.
