Playground Pediatrics is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our remote behavioral health team, serving pediatric patients across North Carolina and beyond. You will provide evidence-based therapy via telehealth and coordinate with primary care teams to create comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in North Carolina (or eligible for NC licensure)
• 2+ years post-licensure clinical experience with children/adolescents
• Experience with evidence-based modalities for pediatric populations
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth and documenting in EHRs
• Strong communication and collaboration with care teams

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and family therapy to pediatric patients via telehealth
• Develop biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans with families
• Coordinate with primary care providers, care managers, and schools
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Identify safety concerns and follow reporting protocols
• Participate in ongoing professional development for pediatric behavioral health
