Job summary

Sonova USA, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Pediatric & Schools in the Northeast region. The role focuses on cultivating new business, managing time across territory accounts, and coordinating with internal partners to deploy resources effectively.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree (AuD/Masters preferred), experience in hearing healthcare, and willingness to travel up to 75% to meet sales targets and support clinicians and schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in hearing healthcare or related consulting is a plus.
• Prior pediatric audiology exposure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with pediatric and school accounts in the Northeast.
• Promote products and coordinate clinical demonstrations at key sites.
• Train and onboard new accounts and provide product solutions.
• Collaborate with regional teams and CRM to optimize territory performance.
• Travel up to 75% to cover territory and attend meetings.
