Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for New England to drive sales growth across CT, MA, NH, RI, NYC and Long Island. The role involves up to 70% travel and close collaboration with customers to improve patient experience and referral business.

You will partner with customers and Unitron ambassadors, onboard new clients, and continually innovate to meet territory objectives while maintaining professional relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred in Audiology.
• 3+ years of experience in clinical settings, medical device sales, or hearing aid sales.
• Strong communication, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to use Unitron hearing aid programming software or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face sales presentations and appointments with customers.
• Achieve revenue and unit budget goals for the territory.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to build loyalty to Unitron.
• Innovate to achieve customer goals and use data to drive decisions.
• Manage travel and scheduling for efficient logistics.
