Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare sales or physician relations preferred.
• CRM and data analytics experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and territory planning skills.
• Ability to manage a large geographic footprint across the Austin market.

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Surgical Business Development: design and execute outreach and market expansion to increase referral volumes.
• Cultivate High-Value Provider & Surgeon Partnerships: collaborate with pediatric surgeons to articulate offerings and growth strategies.
• Execute Targeted Market & Referral Analytics: utilize CRM and analytics to monitor referral trends and measure ROI.
• Streamline Access & Resolve Operational Barriers: identify bottlenecks and improve the referring provider experience.
• Capitalize on PRM Team Synergy: work with primary care PRMs to convert connections into surgical referrals.
• Align Capacity with Leadership Strategy: partner with hospital executives to ensure capacity supports outreach.
