All Care Therapies is seeking a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver telehealth OT services to pediatric patients. The role involves evaluating needs, planning treatment, and providing interventions to promote independence.

Applicants should hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy with an active California license or eligibility, and have experience in clinic or school settings. Spanish bilingualism is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California state OT license or ability to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting preferred.
• Proficient use of teletherapy platforms.
• Comfortable working with pediatric clients (18 months+).
• Spanish language skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' occupational therapy needs via telehealth.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver remote therapy interventions to improve function.
• Educate patients and caregivers to support independence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant privacy and data security.
