All Care Therapies is a leading provider of physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy services, delivering care through virtual, in-home, and clinic-based settings across California, Texas, and Nevada.

The Remote Occupational Therapist will deliver occupational therapy services via telehealth to a diverse caseload, assessing needs, developing treatment plans, and promoting independence and function while maintaining HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active CA State OT License or eligible to apply.
• Clinic or school setting experience; teletherapy experience preferred.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms.
• Pediatric patients (18 months+) experience or comfort.
• Feeding/hand therapy experience preferred but not required.
• Spanish language ability preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to set goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
• Provide remote occupational therapy services and interventions.
• Educate patients and caregivers to enhance independence.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and progress notes.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adhere to ethical standards.
• Utilize telehealth tools effectively for sessions.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
