Job summary

All Care Therapies seeks a Remote Occupational Therapist to deliver services to patients via telehealth. You will assess, plan, and provide therapeutic interventions to promote improved functional abilities and independence.

Flexibility to work with a diverse caseload, including pediatrics, with a focus on enhancing communication and outcomes. HIPAA-compliant documentation and ongoing professional development are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active California OT license or eligible to apply.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting; teletherapy experience.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics (18 months+)
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Feeding/Hand Therapy experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine needs and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Deliver remote occupational therapy services through telehealth.
• Educate patients and caregivers to improve independence and well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy regulations in all interactions.
• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively and stay current with practice.
