• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of French/Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document FCCV-related constraints and their operational implications.
• Estimate additional costs of executing IDB-financed operations in FCCV settings.
• Prepare case studies illustrating constraints, responses, and financial effects.
• Develop operational recommendations to strengthen design, implementation and supervision.
• Produce findings to inform fiduciary, financial management and procurement guidance.
