Job summary

Konik is seeking a PCB Designer in Minnesota to join a local manufacturing client. The role involves creating PCBs, schematics, layouts, and fabrication plans using CAD tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include an Associate degree in CAD Tech or related experience and at least 3 years of PCB design, plus familiarity with IPC-4101/IPC-6012. Hybrid or remote work options are available.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering CAD Technology or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of PCB design experience.
• Knowledge of IPC-4101, IPC-6012, and other industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Use CAD software to generate PCB layouts and designs.
• Design configurations for high-speed, multi-layer boards.
• Accurately dimension and draft standard components.
• Implement engineering changes and updates to drawings.
• Create and maintain CAD models and fabrication documents meeting internal standards.
• Troubleshoot design challenges with Engineering, Suppliers, and Manufacturing teams.
