Job summary

Konik, based in Minnesota, seeks an Electronics Engineer III focused on hardware design and PCB development. The role covers the full lifecycle from schematic design to PCB layout, testing, and production support in Saint Paul, MN.

You will lead multi-layer PCB designs using Cadence Allegro, perform analog and power integrity simulations, and mentor engineering teams while contributing to continuous improvement of hardware standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with Cadence Allegro, LTSpice, Python, and Git.
• Strong PCB design and hardware validation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design including schematics, component selection, and PCB layout.
• Develop multi-layer PCB designs using Cadence Allegro.
• Perform analog and power integrity simulations.
• Maintain hardware standards, libraries, and BOM processes.
• Support board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams.
