Job summary

Creare in Hanover, NH is seeking a PCB design engineer to design and develop electronic PCBs using CAD tools. You will generate design files for schematic, assembly, and fabrication drawings, and create layouts for standard and high-speed multi-layer boards.

You will support electrical and mechanical engineers, work both independently and collaboratively, and enjoy a compensation package including a discretionary annual bonus, 401(k) contributions, medical plans, and potential signing bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred; associate's degree acceptable with related electronics experience.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout in Cadence, Altium or KiCAD is a plus.
• IPC CID or CPCD certification is a plus.
• Hybrid or remote work possible; onsite work preferred, with remote option requiring 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electronic PCBs using CAD tools for schematic, assembly and fabrication drawings.
• Create PCB layouts for standard and high-speed, multi-layer boards and assist engineers to resolve design issues.
• Generate design files and documentation; work independently and collaboratively on projects.
