DFM Development Services LLC is seeking a part-time Inspector to perform Property Condition Assessments (PCA). The 1099 role is under 30 hours per month and remote, with local DC/MD/VA site visits as needed.

You will conduct PCA inspections, help produce PCA reports, and identify opportunities for proactive improvements such as energy efficiency, while collaborating with the Environmental Compliance team. Strong writing and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCA) inspections.
• Ability to organize information to run inspection programs.
• Strong report writing and client communications skills.
• Capable of working independently and with teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid Driver's License and reside in the Metro DC area.

Responsabilités

• Support EC Department's PCA projects through inspections.
• Conduct PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.
• Coordinate with other EC field Inspectors on PCA work.
• Ensure timely production of high-quality PCA reports.
• Identify proactive energy efficiency opportunities alongside reactive assessments.
