Responsibilities

• Support EC Department's Property Condition Assessment projects by conducting PCA inspections as part of teams and independently.
• Consulting with other EC field Inspectors performing PCAs.
• Ensuring timely completion of high-quality PCA reports.
• Identify proactive opportunities such as energy efficiency improvements during assessments.
